i'm so bored with my wardrobe here already. i'm missing my floaty florals, printed summer dresses and floor-sweeping tiered skirts (that double up as dresses), minuscule clubbing tops, going-out/orchard-road-appropriate tops, high-waisted shorts aka 10 minute shorts and just shorts in general, vintage pieces, gold&silver bkk thongs, seriously sexy leopard print stilettos, pink plastic melissa's, all my waist-cinching belts hanging over the swivel chair - technically mum's, super-faded ripped abercrombie's, bum-hugging khaki jumpsuit! AHH.

I MISS MY WALK-IN WARDROBE!
I NEED COLOUR X 3 BACK IN MY LIFE!

i look back fondly on my wardrobe; arranged according to skirt/pant length, gradation of jeans, formality of dress and colour coordinated going-out tops in delicate fabrics. because of this self-imposed system, i always know where everything is and where to find exactly what i want. plus my nice shoes are stacked neatly in boxes in the walk-in; for convenience's sake, you know, every fashionista has that 3am moment when they spontaneously decide to have a mini fashion show in their bedroom - and it's only right/fitting/common sense that the shoes, belts, bags and accessories be within a metre radius.

there were so many things i wanted to bring that i wasn't allowed to *pout* because mummy and carol deemed it impractical to be needing anything not made of wool and knitted *frown*

anyway, this time i've got it all planned out. when i come home, i'll be leaving behind the chunky knits in uk (cause it'll still be winter in jan/feb) save for one winter coat to travel in, and bringing home all the clothes i've gotten bored of in exchange for my cute summery items that shall be layered like never before! what else do you think no-name white tanks and black tights are for?

i honestly don't know what i would've done had i not asked adrian to bring over some dresses on my behalf and had he not obliged. died from monotony maybe? or gone on a budget-busting shopping spree. whee. ooh, i'd be more than delighted to blow my bank account on vintage finds in the rainbow burst of colours that is brick lane. can you not see the smile on my face already?

in case it wasn't made clear enough, :):):)
