last night, i was deep in discussion with vicanda over a certain clique's blogs.

i almost empathised with them; over the flak that a few members' have been on the receiving end of. it's not that i don't feel for them; partially because i believe that some of them deserve it - this is only a good example of 'what goes around comes around' - but also because they are overhyped, self-overrated and honestly, not all that tough.

so all the anonymous taggers,
shake-a-leg, give them a break.

sure, their bitchy looks and whispered asides used to inflict misery on many, me included.
but hell, you know what?

and it's true you know, you just think you are.

FYI: that only applies to some. from personal experience, i do know of a select few who are sincere, sweet and truly genuine. well, that was back then, i don't know about now. but there were times when they'd impress me with their kindness and generosity, intelligence included.

in many ways, i'm more than glad my blog is super low key. i don't even think my friends are aware of its existence, which is excellent. i mean, the whole point of blogging is to be able to write what you feel, how you feel, when you feel.

something tickled my funnybone though.
when it boils down to it, no matter how hard you try to run from the past, it has a ridiculously ironic way of catching up with you.

after S dumped M. M dated C to get back at S.
after Y and N broke up. Y and ST had an almost-thing.
after ST dumped J. J dated AC.
DD is now good friends with D who is the best friend of C.
ST's bf A's exloveofhislifes' T & J1 are friends with C.
B is now under the same * as ST, recommended by OC.
ST is friends with OC who is AC's best friend.

whether we like it or not, our lives are intertwined. singapore is only that big.
