my charm bracelet

aunty linda made it specially for me! hee. isn't it pretty? i hope it brings me luck, i think that's what charm bracelets are supposed to do. anyone who knows me knows i'm petrified of sphere-shaped objects ie: pearls. i don't know why but the more i look at it, the more i fall in love with it. *happy smile*



my $2 glass beads, i think.

this has a REALLY long story attached to it, which involves photograpy-> little india-> outside temple-> accessories laid out on mat-> old indian lady-> tying weird religious stuff around my wrist-> me being courteous-> declining to buy anything-> being polite again-> got interested in red beads-> bargained relentlessly-> settled on price-> opened wallet-> only $2, not a single cent more-> angry old lady-> cursing in tamil-> took my wallet to verify poorness-> i wanted to run away-> offered to take my money back and return her beads-> handed over the beads-> YAY!

oh, the 'i think' is that they're glass.
